Come work at a place where innovation and teamwork come together to support the most exciting missions in the world!As Customer Care Representative, you'll represent the account and interact with clients through various platforms of support and ensure their service- or product-related problems are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. As an employee of the Company, you are responsible for complying and enforcing policies and procedure designed to achieve information security. You are also responsible for protecting credit card, personal and/or sensitive personal information that you may handle or process during your employment.YOUR DAY COULD SEE YOU:
Providing friendly and helpful customer service on platforms like TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada
Answering customer questions through chat about products, promotions, and orders
Handling complaints with care and solving issues on the first try
Helping customers with order tracking, returns, cancellations, and other common concerns
Collecting customer feedback and sharing it with the team to help improve our products and services
Working with other teams (like logistics or billing) to sort out more complex problems
Keeping up to date with product info, promotions, and company updates
Following company rules and making sure your work is accurate and detailed
Helping your teammates and stepping in when extra support is needed
