Job Responsibilities:
Compiles and maintains records of business transactions and processes of the company
Handles all online streaming activities of the company (manage live stream events online, manage video contents, coordinate event schedules with concerned individuals, etc.)
Entertains client inquiries, schedules, etc. and provides the required reports and or information as assigned by Management
Responds to complaints, service issues, and other general questions or concerns as appropriate.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualification:
Possesses at least a Bachelor's Degree
Good communication, customer service and problem solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and Computer literate
Must posses technical skills (familiar with video conferencing applications)
Preferably with basic editing skills (photo and video) and Photography skills
