Greets, directs, and assists all incoming visitors / guests in a courteous and helpful manner; guests and visitors' information are properly recorded.
Provides guidance and answer queries. Answers telephone calls, transfers call appropriately and page personnel as needed.
Ensures that mails, parcels and fax messages are accurately forwarded to employees concerned.
Maintains a clean, organized work area; monitors and maintains the general upkeep of the lobby area.
Prioritize and coordinate job duties; communicates and work cooperatively with other staff. Performs other duties and functions as may be assigned.
Fresh graduate with a degree in Management, Marketing, Tourism or any related field.
Experience not required but six (6) months minimum background on customer service an advantage.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices - Knowledge of proper phone ethics
Attentive, able to work with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrates integrity in dealing with internal and external customers.
