Description:
Looking for a Customer Relationship Manager and Customer retention specialist for a franchise group of 8 Automotive Shops.
The job will involve the use of our own internal customer relationship management software and fleet management tools. This is used to manage the data of our customers and keep track of their car servicing schedules.
Apart from customer relations, tasks may include basic management and administration tasks.
Requirements:
» Must be able to self-manage. The capability to act without instruction is a must.
» Good organization expertise.
» Good communication expertise.
» Fluent in English and Tagalog.
» Basic software expertise (i.e. Microsoft Office, Email, etc.)
