Looking for a Customer Relationship Manager and Customer retention specialist for a franchise group of 8 Automotive Shops.
The job will involve the use of our own internal customer relationship management software and fleet management tools. This is used to manage the data of our customers and keep track of their car servicing schedules.
Apart from customer relations, duties may include basic management and administration tasks.
Requirements
Must be able to self-manage. The ability to act without instruction is a must.
Good organization skills.
Good communication skills.
Fluent in English and Tagalog.
Basic software skills (i.e. Microsoft Office, Email, etc.)
