Job Qualifications
Tertiary graduate of any course; with previous Customer Service experience is desired but not essential
Can confidently speak in the English language
Ability to multi-task including typing and taking notes whilst on the phone with the client
Must be willing to learn and adapt to changes
Must be available for an immediate start and with computer and stable internet at home
Job Descriptions
Contact and assist Australian clients
Arrange client meetings
Maintain email communication, follow up communication with clients
Collate, store and manage all clients' private and confidential documents for processing
Manage the daily critical tasks in administration to allow a strong focus on Customer Service
Handle customer complaints
Experience:
customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Language:
English (Required)
