Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to help to advance TEKsystems' consultant experience strategy and mission in the field.
The MSP Consultant Service Representative is responsible for ensuring that TEKsystems is delivering excellence by providing an exceptional experience through world-class service and consistent employment.
The MSP Consultant Service Representative will manage the Consultant experience throughout the duration of the contract and will proactively manage communication related to essential job functions. The MSP Consultant Service Representative is responsible for ensuring our consultants receive superior support in relation to all job-related questions, concerns or issues. The MSP Consultant Service Representative will work with all appropriate Tek support groups to address Consultant questions and requests.
Your duties may include, but are not limited to:
Establishing regular Consultant touch points and seeks feedback from consultant on satisfaction of the assignment, applicability of job match and work with MSP leadership to provide feedback to the end client or MSP.
Introduce the Communities and Mobile App WIIFM to consultant - activate profile while on call
Introduce Consultant Care Survey NPS Program
o Use script for Onboarding, Check-in and Offboarding Surveys
Discuss open End Date Review, Job Inquiry, Refer a Friend Cases from Communities Site & Mobile App
Partner with Consultant Experience Team to drive service in MSP accounts
Weekly call with Consultant Experience Team in US to stay on top of cases, consultant issues, etc.
o Reinforce what is working well, address what is not
Engage in monthly Service Touchpoints with the consultants
o Use STP scripts
Addressing Consultant frequently asked questions pertaining to the assignment, pay, benefit, etc. and directing Consultants to appropriate resources relating to Unemployment Process and Worker's Compensation,
Directing Consultants to Communities when receiving referrals
Communicate with peers by sharing "best practice" and providing accurate, thorough documentation on consultants in applicant tracking systems or other documentation tools (i.e Connected)
Subject matter expert in the Consultant Experience Program
Utilizing Connected real-time to document all Consultant communication
Qualifications
1-3 or more relevant years in consultancy, customer service and/or MSP experience
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
A meticulous eye for detail, organized, with proof of execution and great stakeholder management capabilities
Excellent documentation and follow up skills
Strong determination to impact performance
Time management, self-motivated and perseverance
Excellent customer service skills with an aptitude for administration and support
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Someone who is determined & outgoing, yet professional, curious by nature, and is processes driven, yet understands the importance of adding value and partnership in recruitment
Bachelor's degree in any course
MS Office/Tools - intermediate to advanced skills
VMS or related systems/tools or someone who is an efficient learner and quick to pick up technologies, resources and processes
Must be willing to work nightshift and temp hybrid work arrangement
