I Was able to handle book of business is their previous work or worked with escalated concerns. At least 1-2 years' experience in a call center or any escalated roles ( SME, Leadership) Can manage to work on minimal supervision.
Has strong written and verbal English communication skills. Heightened Organization Skills Can Manage handle multiple accounts on the same time.
US Payroll or Taxation background is a plus. Has exposure on managing and collaborating with various department to address client concern.
