POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a dynamic, successful, highly motivated and organized Client Development Representative to join our Sales and Marketing team. You will be responsible for supporting the team as well as developing your own relationships with our new and existing clients.
Responsibilities:
Interact with clients and respond to inquiries
Record customer information in service database
Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
Effectively communicate customers needs/questions to correct department
Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
Follow up with customers in a timely manner
Manage, maintain and improve assigned existing accounts.
Develop, manage and execute marketing strategy.
Influence existing clients to purchase current and new services.
Develop and manage client base and lead generation network.
Identify, conduct and evaluate new techniques for lead generation and data collection.
Inputting/logging potential opportunity details into CRM system.
Projects the professional, ethical image and character of the Company.
Works collaboratively with all functional departments within the Company.

Professional and friendly phone skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Organized and able to multi-task
Excellent computer skills
Experience working in a role with a marketing or customer support focus would be a bonus
