Job Description:
International Client Service Analyst is part of the centralized Commercial Banking International Service (CBIS) team, which fulfills client request received by the relationship teams & clients across the United States and partners with CB's in-country teams located throughout the globe.
Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to: frequent interaction with external clients and internal partners, working with various areas of the bank for client resolution, opening and monitoring cases in Service Portal, following up on requests, and occasional telephone communication. Written communication through email is essential between clients and internal partners at all levels of the firm. In this position you will be responding to a multitude of queries from simple transactional items through treasury product maintenance and more complex problem solving queries from clients and internal partners and will resolve through your research and communicate mostly through email. You will be expected to adhere to all departmental and Commercial Banking guidelines. Core functional responsibilities and expectations include but are not limited to the following:
Interface with clients in US and internal service partners in the US, Latin America, Canada, EMEA and Asia Pacific to fulfill transaction and documentation inquiries
Analyze client inquires and issues, determine the appropriate resolution, provide timely follow-up and be accountable for client satisfaction through ownership of the request from initiation to resolution
Resolve issues by identifying underlying or hidden problems and patterns
Build knowledge of commercial treasury management products and services
Serve as a liaison between Relationship team, Operations, Treasury Management Sales and Implementations to provide the best service to the client, your department and the firm
Expected to work independently with supervision and escalate complex issues as necessary to resolve customer requests in a timely manner
Utilize product knowledge and understanding of differing country and local laws and regulations to action and resolve request appropriately
Follow established policies, practices and procedures and provide feedback for improvements
Identify trends impacting clients and use the information to suggest ideas to improve the customer experience
Prioritize daily work to maximize productivity and exceed customer expectations
Project a confident and processional presence during interactions with clients and service partners

Technical Skills: (Computer, financial, certifications and other skills that are crucial for the job)
Proficient PC skills: including Word, Excel and PowerPoint,
Outlook: Expert knowledge With outlook email, scheduling and task manager
Knowledge of CB International Products (Preferred)
JPM clearing and reconciliation systems
SWIFT (both financial and non-financial aspects)
International corporate treasury products
Cash clearing and settlements, including FX and non-FX transaction as they relate to the corporate treasury function
Legal documents such as POAs and corporate documents
Non-Technical Skills: (Competencies that are crucial for success in the job)
Proven ability to independently identify issues, analyze problems and provide viable solutions;
Strong organizational and project management skills;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to interact effectively with clients and internal partners;
Ability to think outside the box and focus on key points;
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, manage complex projects and multitask successfully in fast-paced and complex business environment; and

Education (minimum education qualification required for the job)
College degree preferred
Work Experience: (minimum work experience required for the job)
Minimum of three years to five years of customer service, operations, sales or portfolio management experience.
