Responsibilities:
Update customers of the delivery and shipping dates
Coordinate with customers with authorized receiver
Answer Chinese customers regarding inquiry on materials used
Answer inquiries regarding best recommendation based on customer preferences
Help Chinese customer with warranty claims
Explain the return policy to customers
Give instructions of step by step refund
Requirements
Fluent in Cantonese speaking and writing skills.
Excellent English communication skills.
Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Strong detail orientation, communication and listening skills.
Willingness to work in a flexible schedule (Day shift, Night shift, and Graveyard).
Has the ability to handle complaints
Open to Bachelor's Degree Holder and Undergraduates
Must have CSR background
Having Customer Service or BPO background an advantage
