The Business Development Representative is responsible for generating sales either by cold calling or answering requests digitally or wired. The role will be working closely with its Marketing and Sales teams to identify and qualify new sales opportunities for Connected Freight services and products.
The Business Development Representative must be able to understand the customer's requirements in a short time and present Connected Freight's services and product solutions that meet their needs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Customer Leads Calls and Endorsements
Conducts outbound calls for prospective clients. Ask relevant sales qualifying questions to understand the customer's needs and user profile
Explains product details and answers questions of clients. Proposing products or services and describing their quality and benefits in a detailed and persuasive manner
Secure appointments for sales team with sales-qualified leads
Customer Leads Data Management
Maintains accurate and up-to-date client database.
Maintain detailed records of outgoing and ongoing calls as well as follow up information and outcomes in the Salesforce

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree, undergraduates are welcome to apply
Experience in leads generation in B2B set-up
Prior experience in outbound marketing is a plus
Appointment-setting experience will be an advantage
Knowledge/experience in logistics industry is a plus
Good communication skills - can speak and understand English. Speaking and understanding of the Mandarin language is a big plus
