About the Role
As a BDR, you'll sit at the top of the funnel - your job is to open doors and fill the calendar, not to close deals. You'll run structured outbound to engineering and semiconductor decision-makers, with your very first priority being to drive live meetings and confirmed attendance at our talks at DAC (Design Automation Conference) in Long Beach, July 26-28.
 
This is a high-visibility, deadline-driven mandate: every meeting you book in the run-up to DAC directly shapes how the company shows up at one of the industry's biggest stages.
 
Responsibilities
Run high-volume outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn) to targeted engineering and semiconductor prospects
Drive registrations and confirmed attendance for Vinci's sessions and meetings at DAC 2026 in Long Beach
Qualify inbound and outbound interest and convert it into booked meetings for the sales team
Represent us credibly on first calls - you're the first voice a prospect hears, so tone and trust matter as much as volume
Keep clean, accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity
Work closely with the Head of Sales on targeting, messaging, and daily priorities
Must-have Requirements
Strong, clear spoken English with a neutral, easily understood accent
Solid fundamentals in BDR/SDR work: cold outreach, objection handling, meeting-setting
Trustworthy and self-directed - comfortable owning a calendar and a number
Dynamic and energetic; genuinely enjoys the grind of outbound and the push toward a hard deadline
Available to start the workday in US Pacific Time (PST)
Nice-to-have Requirements
Familiarity with engineering concepts or workflows
Familiarity with the semiconductor industry
