About the Role
We are an AI-powered personal home assistant designed to provide clarity, control, and confidence to homeowners during renovations.
 
As a BDR, you will help unlock a massive market by connecting homeowners, contractors, and realtors with a product that simplifies planning, budgeting, and project tracking.
 
Must Have Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving startup environment
Self-starter mindset with a goal-oriented approach
Coachable, curious, and eager to grow
Nice to Have Qualifications:
6-12 months of prior business experience
Familiarity with Hubspot
Grit, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude
Responsibilities:
Research accounts and contacts to build targeted outreach strategies using tools like Hubspot, Apollo, and Notion
Execute 50-80 dials daily to homeowners, realtors, and customer personas
Partner with Marketing and GTM teams to execute prospecting campaigns
Generate qualified meetings and pipeline via inbound and outbound outreach
Conduct discovery conversations to uncover customer pain points
Maintain accurate data within Hubspot
Achieve call, email, meeting, and pipeline targets
