Job Summary:
The Billing Customer Service Representative is responsible for inbound, outbound and back office tasks handling customer inquiries and performing various accounting and administrative duties. Duties are related to providing service to clients including customer account inquiries and billing disputes resolution and correspondence. Must be able to listen and have the ability to handle the stress of working with customers while maintaining a professional and enthusiastic attitude at all times.
Role / Responsibilities:
Attend to phone calls related to billing alerts, outstanding invoices, account balances, general questions about collection/billing process. Coordinate and/or connect the client to their various department depending on concerns.
Check the client's account for outstanding balances that causes Billing Alerts or Deactivation and Disconnection.
Provide account-related customer service such sending invoice and processing.
Review customer correspondence and respond or forward to appropriate department.
Ensure all inbound calls have corresponding case in Salesforce.
Complete special projects assigned
Prepare spreadsheets when necessary.
Required Skills / KnowMinimum of 1 year Customer Service and Accounting or Billing experience
Minimum of 1 year Customer Service and Accounting or Billing experience
Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette required
Must have the ability to handle pressure and deadlines.
Ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of unrelated issues at the same time
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce experience a plus
Excellent language and communication skills (written and verbal)
Demonstrated ability to work independently; must be self-motivated and goal oriented
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Night Shift/Shifting Schedule
Ortigas Site / Internet speed may be required at minimum 25mbps
