Job Mandarin
Manage daily inbound and outbound calls with efficiency (approximately 100-200 closures with 25-30% successful conversion rate)
Follow communication scripts when handling different business scenarios
Get employment & education verification from different sources. Identify customers' needs, clarify the business need, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Build sustainable relationships and engage with customers to enhance overall customer experience
Maintain records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible manner
Frequently attend training & seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
