Must Have Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, social media marketing, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for content quality and compliance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive and adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to edit videos - blurring, adding text overlays, cutting together clips, resizing.
Good to Have Qualifications:
Experience working with influencer campaigns or within an agency setting.
Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective advertising and influencer marketing capabilities.
Basic knowledge of content analytics and performance tracking.
Responsibilities:
 
Campaign Execution & Quality Assurance
Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals.
Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) on talent concepts to maintain brand consistency and messaging.
Review influencer-generated content for adherence to brand guidelines, FTC compliance, and campaign KPIs, providing constructive feedback for optimization.
Monitor live campaign content to ensure proper execution and log into the Captiv8 dashboard.
Communication & Collaboration
Support regional teams by participating in internal calls as needed, providing insights and updates on campaign execution.
Maintain clear and timely communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure campaign success.
Campaign Tracking & Reporting
Track and log influencer expenses, vendor payments, and talent contracts accurately.
Maintain up-to-date Salesforce documentation and other internal dashboards.
Log and categorize live campaign content in internal reporting tools to ensure real-time tracking and measurement.
Assist in compiling post-campaign reports with performance insights and recommendations.
Compliance & Process Adherence
Ensure all influencer marketing content adheres to regulatory standards, including FTC guidelines.
Follow internal processes for campaign execution, approvals, and documentation to maintain operational efficiency.
Work closely with internal teams to optimize workflows and improve campaign management processes.
Video Editing
Ability to edit videos - blurring, adding text overlays, cutting together clips, resizing.
