Job Description
Assist Customer Service Manager in planning and executing customer service functions.
Plan, coordinate and assign daily workload to customer service team
Supervise team in providing excellent and outstanding services to customers.
Ensure that team addresses customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist in resolving employee concerns and developing customer focused environment.
Organize job training to team to meet departmental objectives.
Ensure that the team follows company policies and procedures
Assist Customer Service Manager in employee recruitment, training, disciplining, performance evaluation, promotion and termination activities.
Resolve escalated and complex customer issues on-time.
Provide back-up assistance to team members when needed.
Deliver satisfactory services to ensure customer satisfaction.
Anticipate customer needs and deliver timely response to meet their expectations.
Identify and resolve problems that affect customer service quality and efficiency.
Recommend best practices to meet service level agreements and improve customer satisfaction.
Handle high volumes of customer calls and should work well under pressure.
Assist in preparing Business Review presentation materials to customer.
Ensure Customer Service Group Role responsibilities are managed and delivered at all times.
Job Qualification
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or equivalent
Having at least three (3) years work experience in Logistics and Forwarding business
Has a deep knowledge and understanding regarding handling customer requirements and complaints
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to maintain calm under pressure
A thorough knowledge of the product or service is offering
Efficiency and organizational skills
Excellent reporting and analytical skills
Administrative skills
Excellent interpersonal skill
Can work with less supervision
Must have keen eye for details
Know how to manage deadlines
Computer literacy in order to type up reports, results and details of customer interaction
