Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in BSB AR/Billing processes or Collections in a BPO setting
Ability to handle collection activities through calls and emails
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Knowledgeable in cash reconciliations, reporting, and data entry
Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills
Can start immediately, if possible
