ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT WITH FREIGHT BROKER EXPERIENCE - (WORK FROM HOME)
 
Rate: $4.50/hr, and earn up to 22,000 PHP +/month
 
Schedule:
Part Time: 8am to 12pm MST
 
Qualifications:
Should have solid Freight Broker Experience (a must)
Familiar with Freight Broker tools and daily tasks
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Serve as Point of Contact for shippers and manufacturers
Prepare quotations for manufacturers based on their products, shipping locations, etc
Assist freight brokers in day-to-day operations, including scheduling, data entry, and filing.
Process invoices, bills of lading, and other shipping documents.
Manage and maintain accurate records of shipments, contracts, and client information.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and route them to the appropriate parties.
Serve as a point of contact for clients, carriers, and vendors, addressing inquiries and providing updates on shipment status.
Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to freight brokers or management as needed.
Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments.
Input and update data in transportation management systems (TMS) and other databases.
Ensure that all documentation complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
