Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business; Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent;
At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
Required Skill(s): Knowledgeable in Financial and Acounting Transactions;
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent;
Preferably Certified Public Accountant (RA 1080) or CSC Eligible (Career Service Professional);
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables;
Prepares monthly statement of unpaid current obligations consistent with the General Ledgers of PTTC;
Prepares monthly schedule of cash advances and accounts receivable for the submission to the Commission on Audit;
Prepares treasury reconciliation statement;
Prepares monthly bank reconciliation statement of Bank Account of the Agency;
Prepares/submits Financial Accountability Reports (FARs) to the Department of Budget and Management and other oversight agencies; and
Perform other tasks that may be asssigned from time to time
