Job Responsibilities
Answer calls, respond to emails professionally, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Researching required information using available resources.
Provide product and service information to customers
identify and escalate priority issues
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way according to standard operating procedures
complete call logs
Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Education: At least college level of any business - related course.
With good moral character, high level of integrity and professionalism.
At least six (6) months experience in a BPO company in the same / similar capacity.
Adept in using computer hardware and software including cloud computing
Willing to work in shifts.
Willing to be stationed in the Davao Region.
