• Answering incoming calls from customers
• Sorting out customers' inquiries or requests
• Ensuring that customers' requests are managed in an appropriate and timely manner
• Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
• Maximizing different Customers and client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
• Delivering a high caliber of service in a friendly, confident, and informed manner

Minimum Requirements
At Least 6 months of BPO Voice Experience
At least High School Graduate
College Graduate with or without experience
Fresh College Graduate or 2 years completed in College with no experience are welcome
Good Communication Skills
Willing to Work Onsite and Shifting Schedule
