DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Delegate tasks to subordinates/staff ranging from repairs, installation of various parts to panels and motorcycles, insurance renewal, and motor vehicle registration.
Conduct/Assist in the delivery of defensive driving seminar.
Schedule, train, supervise and motivate staff for the Tool Division Department.
Ensure efficient repairs, review schedules, and review cost estimates.
Prioritized the maintenance and repair of company vehicles (panel trucks and motorcycles).
Implement safety policies and procedures for the Tool Division Department.
Responds various concerns for the maintenance of vehicles and performs troubleshooting to solve minor repair issues.
Contact and schedule repairmen, mechanics, and extra help as needed.
Secure required documents for project completion, compliance, and acceptance.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time.
Supervising daily operations, solving technical issues, maintaining tool history, implementing safety rules.
Lead team members by allocating time for one-on-one coaching and provide mentoring with high standards.
Ensures compliance with all company/customer regulations, policies, and procedures.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business Administration or any related course
At least 2-3 years of work experience in a related field
Preferably with driver's license (restrictions code - 1,2&3)
Working knowledge in automotive core tools
Strong background in the automotive industry
Proactive and team player
