Company Profile: American Company providing email domains to different business. This is a web hosting company and website maker. They are currently in need of bilinguals to support their digital marketing and account management. They are providing excellent service to global companies. they have millions of customers found around the globe.
Requirements:
Can speak, read and write THAI language
1 to 3 years background in service desk / technical support
Customer service is a must
Has BPO background experience
Graduate or undergraduate of any courses
Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
Can start as soon as possible
Duties:
Answer account management concerns of business emails
Help set up the account of the client
Checking if the requested domain is still available
Explain payment options in buying domains
Set up customer email account on their workplace and devices
Provide trouble shooting of email set up
Help in installing SSL certificate
Answer any concern about signing in or password change
Assist customers in registration for live seminars
