TERRITORY SALES REPRESENTATIVE (CEBU PLANT)
 
JOB FUNCTION:
 
Prime sales movers of the company whose function are geared towards profitability and total customer service and total ownership satisfaction of every client.
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads the sales and marketing strategy and implementation.
Work closely with category management, marketing and supply chain.
Develops and executes a collaborative business plan with customers.
Manages promotional activities and trade spending.
Responds to a variety of account issues of moderate to high complexity.
Monitors proper retail implementation and by working with the account buyer, taking actions as needed to surface and remedy issues
Assist in development and leads the execution of customer programs that increase awareness, consumption and retention.
Ensures that existing Company Rules and Regulation, Core Values, Safety and Standard Operating Procedures are being implemented at all times.
Observe / conducts cleanliness and 7S housekeeping in the workplace in compliance to the Health and Safety Standards set by the company.
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in business, marketing or related courses
With Institutional sales background is an advantage.
1-3 years experience as Modern, General trade ,Industrial or National key account representative.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
