They design, develop, manufacture, and market analytical solutions, devising both reagent' tests and analytical instrumentation for in vitro diagnostic (IVD) laboratories as well as for industrial purposes. Their aim is to improve health and well-being around the world.Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensuring high-quality installation, preventive, and corrective maintenance of BioSystems equipment
Develop the technical service strategy, putting in order the instrument installation base, reviewing current RRA contracts and implementing a tracking system for all engineering activities.
Manage a team of technical service professionals and implement itinerary plans for all the team, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
Develop and implement best practices in troubleshooting and problem resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
Conduct training sessions (both online and in-person) for customers and internal teams.
Contribute to the development of technical documentation and online training resources.
Create a grant chart of preventive maintenance
Create a Technical Service Support Policy
RequirementsMust Have Skill/s
Degree in Engineering or Higher Technical Diploma (FP) in industrial, mechanical, electronic, biomedical, biotechnology fields, or similar.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar Technical Service Manager role.
Experience leading technical teams and coordinating service operations.
Availability to travel 50% of the time.
Candidate must be based in the Manila area to facilitate attendance at our office.

Strong exposure to the IVD Industry or Related Equipment
Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate technical teams.
Customer-focused mindset to ensure excellent service quality and satisfaction.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to handle unexpected issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and training skills to support customers and internal teams.
Ability to work autonomously and manage service operations strategically.
IT proficiency (Office tools, multimedia applications for video/image editing)
