REPORTS TO : EQUIPMENT ENGINEERING DIRECTOR and GM of SALES AND MARKETING
TECHNICAL SERVICE:
· Responsible for technical servicing and supporting existing customers.
· Responsible for equipment set-up and installation.
· Conduct technical presentation to introduce Technic products to customers.
· Assist to Conduct technical training for customers' technical personnel.
· Provide Equipment after sale service to customers.
· Generate and maintain complete well-organized records for all service activities including service visits, commercial information and sales activities.
· Ensure profitability of the company by developing new business, expanding market penetration and coverage.
· Maintain relationships with customers for sales opportunities.
· Continuously analyze and study market information, conditions, competitors' information and customers' annual spending to enhance customers' business growth.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualification :
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering
- Sales experience a definite plus
**knowledge in Sysmac Studio, Codesys and Solidworks is an advantage
Experience :
- Products, process and operation knowledge in Semiconductor will be an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in hand on maintenance in equipment especially in High-speed strip to strip plating machine, barrel plating machine and rack plating machine.
- 3 to 5 years experience in sales and technical function in a chemical manufacturing environment.
