You will be handling inbound calls from US-based clients, providing excellent customer service, identifying opportunities, and converting leads into sales. Handle inbound calls from US-based clients inquiring about tech-related products and services.
Actively listen, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable solutions.
Convert inquiries into qualified sales by building rapport and demonstrating product value.
Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth sales operations and knowledge sharing.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer service (preferably in the tech industry or call center environment).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a neutral/clear American accent.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable working in night shift / US business hours.
Results-driven, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.
College level or graduate (any course).
