This is for our client involved in the Financial-Technology Industry based in BGC, Taguig.
Source, select, and place candidates for required roles/positions.
Provide administrative support for the recruitment process including assistance with advertisements, position descriptions, and scheduling interviews.
Advertise the role using LinkedIn, Seek.com, and other relevant job sites depending on the geography of the role.
Assist the TA Team in drafting job ads to be posted in LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Seek.com.au for internal and external advertisements
Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives such as leave liability minimization, job description libraries, engagement surveys, roll out of rewards programs.
Monitor training and development programs and compulsory learning and assist with tracking and reporting.
Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or any related discipline.
At least 2-3 years of diverse and progressive experience in human resources administration and recruitment in international markets, preferably in the US and Australia.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in applicant tracking systems and job boards, locally and internationally.
Superb sourcing skills in any industry, IT/Technology Recruitment experience is preferred.
Must be willing to work on Hybrid work setup (3 days on-site; 2 days remote work)
