LOAN ASSOCIATE
 
REPORTS TO: Credit Department Manager
LOCATION: Makati Office: 29th Floor Yuchengco Tower 2, RCBC Plaza, Ayala Avenue, Makati City
DEPARTMENT: Credit Department
DIVISION: ML Loans Division
 
JOB SUMMARY
Endorses all ML Loan products: Car Loan, Home Loan, Salary Loan received from online and "traditional" loan application
Ensures accuracy of data in the system prior to final credit decision in accordance with established credit policies and procedures and final check of legal documents
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Endorses ML Loan application based on the received data information, credit investigation results and other related documents
Encodes ML credit decisions and performs system confirmation if within delegated credit authority
Cross checks the data information and loan amount before final loan release of funds within the given turnaround time
Conducts final checking in verifying the information on credit recommendation and fulfills the accurate checking of legal and internal documents as signed by the ML client
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree holder
At least 2 years of experience in full credit review gained from bank or other financial institutions
Thorough understanding of basic loan credit cycle and solution
COMPENSATION: Entry level
