ANTHILL Fabric Gallery is a social enterprise working with weaving communities across the Philippines. We combine design, culture, and ethical production to create impact-driven fashion and textile products.
 
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support our production, inventory, and day-to-day operational systems.
 
Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily production schedules and timelines
Support supply chain and production coordination
Manage raw material inventory (fabrics, trims, threads, packaging, etc.)
Track material usage per production batch for accurate costing
Maintain updated inventory records and assist in stock replenishment
Help monitor Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and raw material expenses
Facilitate payment requests for production and community partners
Assist in operational reporting and cross-team coordination
Qualifications
Graduate of Business Administration, Operations Management, or any related course
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Experience in inventory, production, or operations is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to coordinate with different teams and community partners
Proactive, responsible, and solutions-oriented
Aligns with social enterprise values and ethical business practices
