Qualifications:
· Completed at least 1 year TSR experience preferably college graduate.
· Completed at least 3 or 2 years of Call Center experience
· Proficiency in using written and verbal positive language
· Intermediate knowledge of computer applications and navigation skills
· Adaptability and quick learning skills as well as multitasking
· Proven ability to work independently as well as a productive member of a team
· Basic knowledge with MS Office
· Willing to work on weekends and holidays
