YOUR ROLE
Serves as the focal point of internal and external customers and address concerns. Consolidates data from multiple systems to facilitate order entry process. Fulfills and tracks order booking activities in accordance with customer and business requirements.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and evaluate all order issues and resolve in discrepancies in production metrics.
-Ensures all shipment documents are uploaded in Salog.
-Confirm Sailing Schedule for shipment to integrate in Salog.
Allocation of Order
-Verify and update all order lines to ensure accurate data is provided to Customer Portal.
Enter Duty Amounts
-Enter duty amounts in KN login to enable transmission of duty invoice to customer through EDI.
Send Certificate of Analysis
-Transmits Certificate of Analysis which triggers releasing goods.
Request DG Approval
-Ensures Dangerous Goods documents have been approved prior order registration
Manage Customer-Specific Inbox
-Monitoring and evaluation of all order issues
-Delegates task among team members
-Attends to customer inquiries
Ad-hoc
-Update sailing schedule of the shipment
-Reconcile exceptions report (KN ESP & KN Log In)
-Maintain latest working instructions
-Ensures Shipper Code is created for new vendors
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Bachelor's Degree Holder (Transportation/Logistics, Business Studies, Computer Science/Technology)
With 2 years experience is an advantage (Logistics/Freight Forwarding)
PSF & Invoicing Knowledge
Basic to Intermediate knowledge in MS Excel and Outlook
Good Communication Skills
Ability to work 07:00 - 16:00 (local time)
Ability to work on Philippine Public Holidays
