We're looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to help shape how our offshore teams grow, perform, and thrive. You'll coach team members, boost engagement, and bring structure to the way we manage and support people. From navigating hard conversations to shaping long term strategy, you'll be the trusted People partner who leads with confidence and keeps our teams feeling valued and inspired.Drive Engagement and PerformanceCareer Development Program Management:
Provide team leader support, engagement, and training to ensure efficient, productive, and high quality day to day operations of our offshore teams.
Help team leaders become better managers of people by coaching them on how to have difficult conversations with employees, including substandard performance evaluations and, where necessary, performance improvement plans.
Create and monitor team leader KPIs.
Guide team leaders on effective communication techniques and strategies for engaging with employees and clients.
Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Oversee the delivery of training programs and monitor their effectiveness.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
Design and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and relations.
Conduct regular employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Store feedback in a manner that promotes data-driven analysis to monitor trends and develop insights.
Oversee performance management programs that include evaluating employees against client-specific KPIs.
Provide guidance to CS and clients on successfully integrating offshore employees into client organizations to shorten time to value.
Oversee client specific employee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless start.
Develop and promote initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and high employee morale.
Workforce Planning:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer success stakeholders to understand client business objectives and ensure workforces support client end goals.
Identify opportunities for client workforce growth and liaise with the customer success team to expand our footprint inside client organizations.
Provide strategic guidance to CS on workforce adjustments, reorganizations, gaps, etc.
Support CS in a client facing manner during Quarterly Business Reviews as a subject matter expert and as needed.
Work with Team Leaders to develop Business Continuity Plans for all global sites.
Essential Skills for Leading Offshore Teams
Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
5+ years of experience in all aspects of HR (excluding recruitment), notably in employee relations, performance management, coaching, and liaising with clients in an offshore or outsourced environment
HR leadership experience is not required but is an advantage
Proven experience in managing offshore teams and working with international clients.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast paced environment.
Proficiency in using various business software and tools (e.g., Airtable, HRIS, project management software).
