BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
 
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral networks for the hospital.
Promote hospital services, programs, and facilities to corporate clients, physicians, and communities.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support hospital growth strategies.
Prepare proposals, service packages, and presentations for potential partners and clients.
Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments to ensure effective implementation of business initiatives.
Monitor performance of business development activities and contribute to patient volume and revenue growth.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
At least 1-3 years of experience in business development, marketing, or healthcare-related roles (hospital experience is an advantage).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of healthcare services, hospital operations, and patient/customer relations.
Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
