A College or University degree and/or some relevant work experience is preferred. • May be in final stages of studying for relevant professional qualification or accreditation. • May act as an informal resource for team members with less experience • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required • Analytical and problem solving skills are required • Ability to facilitate discussions and reach decisions • Technically sound in area of expertise with broader knowledge of other business areas • Requires a broad understanding of the job and applies skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures and systems or requires deep skills in a single area • Understands how the team integrates with others to accomplish team objectives • Explains detailed and/or complicated information within the team
