Proficient in both Spanish and English language

Customer Service experience is highly advantage

Responsible in providing quality of customer service
Assisting clients with product issues via phone, email and chat
Ensure quality customer service is delivered at all times
Escalate unresolved issues as necessary
Record the customer transactions
Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor
