What You'll Do:
Answer inbound calls from patients, caregivers, and transport providers
Schedule and confirm non-emergency medical transportation appointments
Accurately record trip details and patient information
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered service-especially for seniors and individuals with special needs
Qualifications:
Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Strong communication skills: clear speaking voice, active listening, and empathy
Willing to work night shift
