Job Description
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
Deliver exceptional service to our customers
Maintain a courteous and professional conversation
Ensure accurate reporting and data input in the CRM system
Other appropriate tasks and responsibilities as requested by Management
Job Qualification
Candidate must be at least 18 years old
Fresh Graduates and Undergraduate are Welcome to Apply
Experience in Sales is an advantage but not necessary
Language and Phone Skills
Excellent telephone manners
Strong English writing and conversational skills
Attributes
Appreciates the need for consistency, sense of urgency, efficiency, and a clear focus on high quality
Proactive and flexible with a positive attitude
Able to get along with others and a team-player
Keen for new experience, responsibility, and accountability
Understand and adhere to all legal, regulatory and company policy requirements

Must be willing to work in US hours and Philippine holidays
