Qualifications:
Associates in mechanical-related or technical courses.
Has NCII is advantage
At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
Ability to work independently without much supervision
Diagnostic skills for electrical and mechanical defects malfunctions
Knows mechanical works like installations, maintenance, and repairs.
Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Can work under pressure
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Willingness to Respond quickly to an emergency call on equipment repair issues, as well as to after-work-hours calls even Sundays, and holidays.
Responsibilities:
Provide service and customer support
Support all installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
Produce timely and detailed service reports
Support and Cooperate with the technical team, comprehend customer requirements or suggest appropriate recommendations/briefings.
Developing and implementing mechanical work plans to achieve assigned tasks.
Troubleshooting mechanical malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing repairs.
Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols
Willing to start ASAP
