About the Role
Repair, installation and commissioning of Parking Equipment
Participate on a rotating On Call roster
Uphold KPI and SLA targets that may be customer specific
Sales support
Comply with company Work, Health and Safety (WHS) guidelines.
Strive to achieve continuous improvement in all work tasks.
Apply effective time management principles
Personal warehouse stock control management
Maximize revenue generation through quality service
Technical Sills in the majority of the following technologies (Window 8/10 and Windows Server 2012, Networking-TCP/IP Switch/Router Configuration, VSphere and Hyper-V, Oracle 11/12g, Microsoft SQL 2012 and Microsoft Reposting and Analysis Server and Apache Tomcat and Microsoft IIS)
Strong customer service ethic, with highly development interpersonal skills
Operational Performance across project installations; field service key and vendor relationship.
Should be outspoken and comfortable working with Australian team
Operational requirements (processing guidelines, adjustments, handling and customer complaints.
Answering telephone inquiries and assisting clients.
Resolve complaints and prevents additional issues by improving processes.
Liaise and co-ordinate deliveries with warehousing and monitoring customer deliveries.
Educating the client on how to use and maintain their device
Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them
What you need to have
You will be resilient and show incredible leadership skills. You will also have:
Candidate must have a 2 years experience in field service
Experience commissioning and service electromechanical equipment
Experience with car park automation equipment or building electrical or access system preferred
Experience loading and configuring software
Strong working knowledge of equipment and tools used in the industry.
Physical fitness to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and bend frequently
Excellent written and verbal communication skill
Ability to install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot equipment
Ability to effectively manage time
