Job Description
The Service Owner manages the day to day delivery of service for one or more integrated delivery pools and is dedicated to the accounts supported by those pools including: cost, supplier management, service level attainment, delivery quality, task management for the account team and delivery.
Ensure quality of service and manage cost of delivery within the closed cost envelope set by SDM/CM and constantly look for better ways to provide service in a cost-efficient manner
Manage the day to day delivery of service for one or more integrated delivery pools including: cost, supplier management, service level attainment, delivery quality, and task management for the account team and delivery.
Responsible for managing and orchestrating integrated delivery teams (advanced multi (sub)client service line pools) for the account service team and client. The position reports into the Customer Operations and/or the Client Service Lines but is responsible to the account management team.
The Service Owner is responsible for acting as the primary contact between the SDM and the delivery organization (Globally Integrated Operations). Service Owner's are responsible for orchestrating the scope of one or more integrated delivery pools/teams for both the client and the account service team. They support the SDM and/or CM as the service delivery orchestrator.
They lead and direct the integrated delivery pool(s) with direction from the SDM/CM (in the form of an account delivery plan).
Financial Management and cost:
Ensure quality of service and manage cost of delivery within the closed cost envelop set by SDM/CLM and constantly look for better ways to provide service in a cost-efficient manner, report the operational efficiency levels from the integrated delivery pool(s)
Ensure the managers of the (sub)Client Service Lines implement and manage metrics, including staffing, productivity, and other business goal targets as needed;
Participate in response to Requests for Service (RFS's) on behalf of the delivery organization
Participate in impact analysis and assist in communication with SDM/CM and customer around tooling, automation, service line productivities and technology changes
Customer Satisfaction
Ensure positive client satisfaction and client relationship is maintained for service delivery
Understand client requirements, business opportunity identification, guidance, support and closure
Establishes and fosters a relationship with the client, builds a management with the client and owns and drives ATOS deliverables for that client.
Participate in the creation, client approval and execution of the Client Delivery Plan. Accountable for successful implementation of solution and focal point for the customer
Compliance:
Monitor and manage Service Level performance and report potential exposures in a timely manner.
Collaborate with Client Security Manager (CSM) in consolidating and maintaining an auditable security compliance.
Ensure compliance to Atos's business controls policies including security, financial, labor claiming, etc.
Create strong cooperation with SMC to ensure (in creating ad-hoc projects) that customer is operating using standard methods and tools whenever applicable. Requesting SDM for support when the change is customer-conditioned.
Discuss with the Client on a regular basis their priorities, plans and changing business conditions including capacity planning and demand forecasting
Identify, document and escalate risks to delivery of services.
