College Degree in IT, Compute Science or any related course.
Experience in managing technical changes within an organization in accordance to ITIL process.
At least 2 years of experience in Web Programming using HTML, CSS, JavaScript
At least 1-year experience in Web Services such as SOAP-REST, etc.
At least 2 years of experience in creating and configuring Business Rules, UI Policies, Data Policies, UI Actions, Notifications, Client Scripts, Script Include and ACLs.
Knowledgeable of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow feature.
1 year of hands-on experience with system properties and work with update sets
Ability to work with flows. Scheduling jobs and transactions, writing custom schedules
2 years of experience in Active Directory/LDAP/SSO
Strong knowledge in developing process documentation.
Knowledgeable for Service Portal configuration with regards to pages, widgets, branding based on the best practices.
Good working knowledge of PMO frameworks

Requirements
Provide quality information to the Manager in all areas of responsibilities
Provide assistance and support to other members of the team in performance of their roles and responsibilities
Develop and implement ServiceNow changes i.e. Requests, knowledge, workflows
Participate in on-going ServiceNow improvement with additional features i.e. chat, AI
Adherence to ServiceNow quality Standards
Establish process for ServiceNow changes
Design and implementation of additional ServiceNow modules / platform extensions
Work with the business to understand opportunity for process improvement utilizing
Management of ServiceNow Platform upgrades
Act in accordance with all policies, procedures practices and guidelines in the performance of accountabilities
