Duties:
Responsible for the overall administration and operations of the F&B outlets. She will maximize profits, maintain food/beverage/service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Food & Beverage/Hospitality Management
Minimum 2 years experience in an international class hotel, preferably with at least 1 year experience in a similar capacity
Preferably computer literate & with knowledge in Finance
Fluent in oral & written English
A self-starter, displays initiative & is creative/open-minded
A team leader/builder, customer & people-oriented
Flexible, willing to work long hours
