Job Description
Provides consistent, on-time delivery of complete and properly functioning equipment to customers
Performs scheduled preventive maintenance services to all hospitals with equipment installations
Performs repairs, adjustments, and calibrations to all equipment as requested by customers
Accomplishes and submits on- time and accurate service reports to customers and to Senior Service Engineer/ Head Service Engineer
Ensures all medical equipment is properly maintained and checked before use in product demonstrations
Coordinates and assists the Sales and Marketing team in the conduct of product demos
Provides training for end-users as well as in- house personnel in the proper use and care of the equipment
Confers with supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems, and requests related to biomedical services
Suggests appropriate and most suitable equipment structure and levels ensure safe transport and proper storage of all equipment
Ensures KPI- key performance indicators and performance targets are met
Performs other tasks related to the above
Minimum Qualifications
Candidate must possess a College Degree in Electronics Communication Engineering or Electronics and Computer Engineering
Preferably with experience in handling/repairing medical equipments/machines
