Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
With at least 1-3 years of experience as technical supervisor or equivalent
With at least 2-5 years of experience in technical support is an advantage
With certification and/or working knowledge of ITIL concepts
Basic to Advance Computer Skills, Good in Verbal and Communication Skills
Preferably local resident of Angeles City, Pampanga or nearby areas

Job Description
Assist in development and implementation of service policies and explaining these to the team
Monitors SDAs performance according to established KPIs
Builds and supports a culture of continuous improvement, identify opportunities supported by strong business logic
Handles escalations from the staff/TL level and deals with clients who need to voice out their inquiries and/or complaints to higher authority
Prepares and submits reports to the assistant manager or manager
Evaluation, discussion of relevant issues and solicitation of suggestions for improvement
Helps the WFM in maintaining an optimal staffing level.
