Position Overview:
Generates & processes invoices for the Service Department.
Creates and updates service projects and contracts.
Runs various types of billing reports.
Maintain billing file/records by batch in accordance with the established protocol.
All other assignments as directed by the Billing Manager.
Job Qualifications:
Solid SAP background experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics/Accounting or any other billing related course.
1-2 years of billing, auditing, or general accounting experience.
Proficient English communication skills, both oral and written.
Willing to work in night shift and render extra hours at month end.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multi-functions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good grasp of service billing processes and procedures.
Accomplished knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
