Job Description
What you will be doing:
Responsible for guest satisfaction and informs Supervisor for any special request.
Ensure tables are set up according to hotel standards and all service items are clean and in good condition.
Produce checks, receive payments and settle checks according to established procedures.
Work Experience
Graduate of a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related field.
Minimum of three ( 3 ) years relevant experience in the same capacity
Pleasing personality with effective communication and guest relation skills.
Knowledgeable in Micros / POS system.
Amenable to work on a shifting schedule.
