Job Description
Providing customer services in the Dealership Service Workshop through liaising between the customer and the workshop
Monitoring the progress of vehicles being serviced, giving technical advice on maintenance and repair needs
Proper and timely compliance with service reception procedural, documentation and reportorial requirements as prescribed by AUTOHUB, Plant/Manufacturer and/or government regulatory bodies.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
One (1) year experience in Automotive Industry
Computer Literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Willing to be assigned in Kalawaan, Pasig City
